He gained rich experiences in internal control systems and inter-personal relations in various assignments for 35 years. Post his retirement, he did consulting in business control in an industrial group at Indore for 8 years. Being a trainer in behavioural science enabled Saran to aid in the development of people in various roles. This collection of poetry reflects his understanding of the various aspects of human behaviour in a fresh, yet simple, perspective.
