    This material is ideally for beginners. Best chapters I found were the ones on taper and nutrition and their importance in order to arrive strong and confident on race day.

    decent guide with unnecessary fluff

    About half the book's content is centered around on other people's experience in running. The actual plans themselves are pretty minimal and can easily be followed from whatever is available on the internet.
