    Summary of the Book

    Percy, Annabeth, Jason, Piper, Leo, Frank and Hazel are tied to their destinies as the prophesied demigods. Annabeth must hunt for the Mark of Athena, and she might have to do it alone. She could still escape with Percy aboard the Argo II. She knows that something is going to go terribly wrong. When Elle the harpy speaks about the prophecy and Annabeth’s quest, she realizes that they will need to find it soon. The Greek and Roman gods need to stop their war, or else all of humanity will pay the price.

    Rick does it again!!

    Even after all these years Rick still continues to amaze me. Waiting for a Riordan novel has always been the highlight of my year ever since I picked up The Lightning Thief so many years ago. Even with the bar raised high, this book still managed to blow my mind. The best thing about this book is Annabeth's POV. We come to realize just how smart, brave and kind she is.     The myth master has left us bedazzled once again...
    Every page is like a window to the next page...     Best HOO book!

    I think it is the best book of the heroes of olympus series. Has got great battle scenes and the characters are awesome. I loved it. Also the size of book is very big. It is great to read as many of the character's histories are up in the book. New Gods and demons also show up.

    An Amazing Book!

    I loved this book the most after The Blood Of Olympus because that was the best.
    But anyways, as of all books Rick Riordan writes, this book is really a crazy adventure.

    It starts with the part where Leo, Jason, Piper and Annabeth go to New Rome on their new warship, the Argo II and ends in a dramatic climax where Percy and Annabeth fall into Tartarus when Percy tries to save Annabeth and ends up falling into the pit with her.
