He holds a Ph.D in Business Administration (Marketing) from the University of Malaya and is a certified PhD Supervisor from Stellenbosch, South Africa. His also holds a Graduate Diploma in Law (Central Lancashire, U.K.), an MBA in International Business (Malaya, Kuala Lumpur), and a BA (Hons) in Marketing (Northumbria, U.K.), among others. His credentials extend to various certifications and affiliations, including an Advanced Diplomas and Diplomas in French Language (French Ministry of Education), and the Diplôme de Français Professionnel Appliqué from the Paris Chamber of Commerce & Industry. He is a member of the Chartered Institute of Marketing (U.K.) and The Honourable Society of Middle Temple, Inn of Court (London, U.K.). He has published books and numerous academic articles in international refereed journals. He is an active participant in conferences globally, sharing his insights in management, marketing, entrepreneurship, and law. Leenshya GUNNOO is an academic at the University of Technology Mauritius, and a PhD Scholar at the University of Mauritius. She holds an MPhil, and is a Fellow of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (FCCA). She earned her BSc (Hons) in International Business Finance. Prior to joining academia, she has served office at the Ministry of Finance in Mauritius. Her research interests encompass management, financial services, customer behavior, and the adoption of technological innovation. She has published numerous articles and has presented her work at various national and international conferences. Her contributions to the academic community reflect a deep understanding of the evolving dynamics of finance and technology.
