I'll rate it 3.5 because it has a medium pigmentation...
I don't know whether it will last long or not but I don't think it's waterproof.. But the product is good for beginners, the shrimmers are beautiful and will really look good if u apply well on your lid.. After all.. Decent and satisfactory product for beginners..
