I love this liner. It's very good. The packaging is sleek. Tip is precisely designed. Beginners can easily draw winged liner with it. Yeah it's transfer proof if u pour water. But if u start rubbing it lightly, it will come out. So no need of makeup remover to remove this liner. It's very similar to that Maybelline colossal liner.
