Soak Max Health Dhoka Mix in 2 and 1/2 cup of water with 1 tsp of salt & 1/2 tps of sugar for 30 mintues & make a smooth paste. Heat 2 tea spoon oil in a deep pan or kadai for 2 mins. Add the Dhoka Dalna paste and fry till the semi-liquid state is lost (dry the paste). Spread 4-5 drops of oil on the surface of a dish and spread the paste evenly on the plate with 1 inch thickness. Cut the spread into diamond shaped cubes. Add 5 Table spoons of oil in the kadai and allow it to heat (4 minutues). Deep fry the diamond shaped cubes in the heated oil. Prepare curry out of these friend Dhoka.
