Decent product
First of all it took quite a long time to deliver.
The delivery guy asked for money to put it in 2nd floor with lift.
We had to hire a professional to arrange the bed properly because the size of the support was too big, had to cut 2 inch to fit.
The floor of the box has 2 ply, one of which is bigger than the other.
The cover of the bed is again bigger than it should be and had to cut it.
However the product quality is very good and the durability seems good as the support is very good.

Product seems okay for the price but all plywood size mismatched and centre beam size mismatched. Had to hire carpenter and latch persons to fix the accessories. Bed seems rigid. Plywood no seal is available on bed. Top plywood thick and bottom storage plywood is thin will do the good. Storage plywood support not rest the floor properly need to add extra support for it. Package was good still need s to be improved to protect corners.

The packing was excellent, taken care from all aspect to avoid any damages.
The fittings are also very good. They provided tool for DIY.
Before purchasing based upon previous reviews I felt that I might also need a carpenter for excess size of the ply. They might have worked upon those areas and this time there were no such issues.
