Awesome
Excellent quality cast iron tawa. A lot of people complain about dosa sticking to the tawa. It will be at the beginning and as you use it gets seasoned and works like a non stick pan.

It's been a week I have started using this product. It's sturdy, very heavy. Size for my use is adequate. I mainly use it for Dosa. Following the cleaning instructions - washing with a Sponge. After drying seasoning it with groundnut oil after each use. After washing the surface shows some rust so requires cleaning with a dry cloth n seasoning with oil. Dosa comes out perfectly. Only the first 2 dosas require some oil to be used around it after which the oil is not required. So I m giving 5 s...

It is difficult to get accustomed to an iron tawa if you are transitioning from a non stick or steel one. However, once you get the hang of it and understand how to season it properly, you will love making stuff on it.
