Good quality back is plastic though. Holding is good. A concern is that when using fingerprint sensor for unlock it's protruding blocks the finger.
Update: not seen any yellowish fade in the transparent back. Still tough and not chirping. Quality is better than others for sure.

Finish around the holes can be improved -- 1 star less for it.

Couldn't ask for a better case than this one in this price range. Don't think twice and go for it. You won't easily find Motorola cases in offline stores , so if this is your budget, just go for it.
