If you were trying to hide a herd of small farm animals on a farm museum in the middle of a small town, how would you do it? Finley, the tomte’ and his friend, Jack, thought they had it all figured out. The animals would be out grazing under the cover of darkness and then hidden away in the old barn during the day. What could go wrong? In addition to being discovered by the museum director, the sheep escape and create significant disruption during the Midsummer celebration. Finley, who is extremely shy, learns to face his fears. There are themes of friendship, responsibility, and perseverance in this fun midwestern romp.
