| Author Info | - Dr. Anamika Chauhan is presently working as an Assistant Professor, Department of Home Science in Chamanlal P.G. College, Haridwar (Sridev Suman University Uttarakhand). She has obtained her Master's Degree and Ph.D (Home Science) from HNB Garhwal Srinagar, Central University Uttarakhand. She has also Master's Degree in English, Education and Political Science subject, she is also qualified UGC- NET, USET, M.phil. (Home Science). She was awarded the “Young Scientist award” by UCOST and “Teacher's Excellence Award'' by Motherhood University(Uttarakhand). She is a member of the Board of Studies in the University. She has lifetime member of the Indian Science Congress Association Kolkata, Scientific and Technical Research Association (STRA), and Home Science Association of India.She has many research papers in peer-reviewed reputed national and international journals, Edited Books, Textbook and book chapters. She has also been associated with, workshops and conferences. Her research interest and areas range across Right to Education, Nutrition and developmental psychology.
Dr. Prabhjot Kaur is currently working as Assistant Professor Food & Nutrition in Department of Home Science, Guru Nanak Girls College, Yamunanagar, Haryana (India) affiliated to Kurukshetra University, Kurukshetra. She has been awarded Doctoral degree in the subject by Kurukshetra University, Kurukshetra in 2017. She has pursued her teaching as well as administrative career since 2003. She is University Gold Medalist of Post Graduation in Foods & Nutrition 2003 batch of KUK. She has cracked UGC-NET-JRF, H-TET, CSB and various other competitive exams in her first attempts. She is the author of 4 book chapters and 23 research papers in UGC approved journals. She also got to her credit 3 Best Paper Presentation awards, 7 research paper presentations in international conferences and 17 research paper presentations in national conferences. She has been a reviewer and editorial board member of many UGC approved and peer-reviewed journals of Home Science. She has delivered 19 talks for community service as a nutritionist. Her areas of interest include nutraceuticals, food product development, nutritional and microbiological analysis of food, public health nutrition and therapeutic nutrition. She is a Life Member of Indian Dietetic Association, Home Science Association of India, Nutrition Society of India, Nutrition and Diabetes India- A Core Group of The Indian Association for Parenteral and Enteral Nutrition (IAPEN) and Associate Member of American Society of Nutrition.
