    • Mix Cook Served: Take 2 Teaspoons / 20 gms of Millex healthy Millet mix and mix with 300 ml of water or milk, so no lumps are formed. Place on the stove & bring to boil stirring continuously for 5 minutes to avoid lumps. Add salt or jaggery to taste & serve warm. Do not use salt if milk is used
