Cooking Instructions | - Upma Mix Step 1: Add 1 measure upma mix to 3 measures of boiling water in a pan. Step 2: Add Boiled vegetables of your choice (carrot, beans, onion, coriander, green peas etc) Step 3: Cook the mix in a pan for 10-12 minutes on medium-high flame. Serve Hot., Dosa Mix Step 1 - Add 1 measure of Mix to 1/2 measure curd & 1 measure of warm water & set aside for 10 minutes. salt is already in the pre mix, you can add little salt as per your taste buds. Optional you can add chopped onion, tomato, green chilli, coriander leaves. Do not make the batter more dilute. Step 2- Spread 1 scoop of batter on a pre-heated non-stick tawa and add a spoon of oil or ghee. Step 3- Roast both the sides and serve hot with green chutney or coconut chutney, vegetable sambar, and ghee.
