It came in a good packaging ! I've been using it since last 4months. It keeps content hot for about 7-8hours which is good enough considering the price. I must say that it's quite handy and easy to carry and one can take it with them anywhere unlike other Milton's heavy flasks. I would like to mention that it has a demerit too, Milton claims it retains temperature upto 24hours, actually it is not !!
