Cons:
1. This is not fully insulated unit, it has closing with plastic plate and plastic rotating lid. Hot water will be hot for max 3-4 hours.
2. If you pour hot water, due to steam the air gets locked in container and water will not dispense. Every time you need to open plastic lids.
3. Due to steel chamber, water will taste flavour of the steel if water is left for about 10 hours.

Because of poor quality of lid, hot water cools quickly. Lid also needs double insulated layer design. This is not Flipkart mistake, company's mistake. You may inform to the company. Tap is also not good.
