About the Author
Rajat Gupta was not just the first foreign-born leader of McKinsey & Company, he was also a prominent board member in top global companies like Goldman Sachs, Procter & Gamble and American Airlines. He also served as an advisor to the United Nations, the Rockefeller Foundation, and the World Economic Forum as well. He is also the co- founder of Indian School of Business along with his friend and co-founder Anil Kumar. He currently lives in Connecticut with his wife Anita, daughters and granddaughters.
