I bought this book because I was intrigued with the amount of effort that seemed to have gone into the study of human behaviour to food. I must say that I am not at all disappointed. This reads almost like a exciting non-fiction. Also, after inculcating the tips and trick that have been given in this book, I feel physically better. I might say that THIS IS THE BOOK IF YOU WANT TO LOSE WEIGHT in a healthy way. It tells you how to avoid the 'fat trap'.....constant snacking, overeating etc witho...
