As a part of an undercover operation, Rishi (Ravi Teja), an Intelligence Bureau inspector is sent in a disguise of a Hindi lecturer in a college at Hyderabad. Fate has something else in store for him as he meets Vinamra (Richa Gangopadhyay) at a temple and falls in love with her. It turns out that Vinamra is one of his students, yet love blossoms between them. However, a challenging task lies before Rishi as Vaishali (Deeksha Seth), a daughter of a mafia don, Kittu Bhai joins the same college. A chief of IB, Narayana Murthy commands Rishi to extract the don’s information from Vaishali. Rishi makes her fall for him and must use her to reach Kittu Bhai. Will he be able to do it? Will Vinamra forgive Rishi once she finds out his reality? Mirapakay, a Telugu action movie is directed by a well-known director, Harish Shankar.
