Packaging was amazing. Got the delivery before time. It's a perfect fit for our toilet seat. It's very easy to assemble. My 2 year kid is learning fast. The rubber pads below gives a firm grip. Step is non slippery. If your toilet seat is wall mounted, check for height first (else ladder will not touch the ground) before purchasing as there products are under exchange not returned.
