Initially gave me pain - plantar fasciitis. Likely cos it was half a size big for me. After using an extra insole and breaking the shoes in, it's becoming one of my favorites. Love it. But initially it may be difficult to adjust to. The sole is hard and responsive, but good. If you're expecting a soft cushy feeling from the shoe, look elsewhere. But I'd recommend it if your a runner. You could even consider the Mizuno wave rider, it's a very similar and safer bet.
