I was cheated on this device, spec shows 2gb ram but received item is of 1gb ram. Do not waste your money on this device like me, it has whole lot of issues with network connectivity and performance is slow very poor.
Also got black screen while the device was on and running radio in the background and it randomly gets reset on its own after a day or 2 when don't use the car automatically.
I do not even know if they have a customer service to reach them to claim warranty of the device.
