The product quality is also substandard. Same day post installation the PCB circuit got damaged and had to replace. The plumbing work done by the Hindware technician was below par (profuse water leakage post two days of fitting). Holistically, Flipkart Service is awesome, but Hindware Moonbow Water Purifier is below expectation.
