Perfect product!
My rating is only for the product not for FLIPKART. Product is excellent from a brand like Morphy Richards. Size, looks and the function are perfect for my requirement.
I want to give 0 star to FLIPKART.
But I am disappointed with Flipkart delivery team and Customer service. Customer service is at its worst. This guys are clueless and will put you on hold to disconnect the call. I received my OTG with a dent on one side. The delivery guy offered me 20% discount refund if I was ready to kee...

awesome value for the price.. was delivered in one piece without any damage whatsoever. packing was fantastic.... the 60 litre is huge, can roast a whole leg of lamb if required.... or two large tandoori chickens...

Dissatisfied as unable to replace item with newer one as some accessories are missing and connecting with support person is tedious process as app having issue and many times helpdesk guys are not calling back when calls are dropped in berween.
I feel never buy products online thru flipkart and i have never face such difficulties with amazon..

Worthless
Don't buy the product as they theft the accessories. And their customer support team is poor. One guy mr. Sachin cut the call in midest with out solve the matter.

The designing of this oven is very weird .. baking requires specific temperature and timing .. this oven has dials which have no markings for exact temperature or time .. neither does it have a digital display ..
I used the oven for the first time and the baking tray has completely changed shape .. unable to fit it in the slot now.. very thin and low quality tray..

Good quality product
service of flipkart is very good, product came early as mentioned,packeging was good, after 3 days use, i can mentioned the pros and cons of the device.
pros, big space, good heat distribution, result of the food is good, cons are average build quality, keep warm function not available, no recipe book, price is little higher than 52 lt.

Q:can be bake a 3 pcs cake mould of 10inch bigger at once/sametime??
A:No , as the inner dimension is 19 ".The steel rack is not user friendly.The centre support prevents placing tins as they wont be flat.The space on the skewer side is not wide enough.

A:This is a very good OTG if you have small scale baking. The heat distribution is very even due to the inbuilt fan arrangement. Good product overall. The stainless steel appearance looks cool.

A:When it's switched off it reflects color in front of it, or the platform it is kept on. But when it's switched on a light glows and we can see inside of it.

A:No-there is no Pre-Heat option in the Control Panel of MR 60RCSS.
But you can certainly manually Pre-Heat the oven - and it's quite easy.
