Did not meet expectations
I landed on a scam done by flipkart and Morphy Richards, the product is waste of time and when I realised it I applied for a refund om 7th jan which was accepted and scheduled pick up date was 12th jan, I got fooled of not thinking that my refund applying date is till 10th jan and they are scheduling my pickup on 12th , I kept on calling them about refund and they kept on saying "12th jan tak wait kariye" and wen I waited till 12 th jan they said on 11th night 9 o clock ur refund was cancelle...

Great product
These are brilliant. I bought a second one too. They're easy to move around, easy to clean (I just wipe off dust with a damp cloth); they look good and feel safer than the ones with open coils. The thermostat feature is good. And I love heating my towels on them (but be careful not to cover the vents!) and wrapping up in that after a bath on a cold day.
I hope that they will work just as well when winter comes around again. Will post an update then.
