Both, the delivery and the installation happened a day sooner than what was committed. So thumbs up for that. The AC looks sleek, wish they had other colors (white, off-white) too. Cooling is great, the AC is as silent as it could get. Feature wise it has more than what I generally look for in an AC. Compare it with every company... And finally you will get that it's best. Don't think about isser rating because that's just a lie nothing else.. it's cooling capacity is 6400 and others are 6000 so their isser rating shows higher..

Perfect Value for Money for my Motorola 2 ton 3 Star AC
There is no need to purchase 45 to 55k Two Ton AC. Believe me it is perfect 2 ton AC and in my Hall Area 180 Square feet and outside temp 36 degree it cools in just 5 min completely. So friends I have Daikin and panasonic ac's as well and motorola is slightly better as compare to them in terms of low noise and cooling so fast.
Quality of the product is similer to Mitsubishi and Hitashi which is Top brads in AC segment.. I bought it in 3...

Bought the 2ton ac at nice price. Installation guys were very professional and did a good job. AC meets my expectations. Did a lot of comparisons in 2 ton and finally decided going with this one. Good by product by motorolla. Wish this was a 5 star EER rated.

Q:Will it off automatically when set temperature reaches and turn on automatically when then the temperature increases??
A:turning off automatically is not refer to unit but the cooling system(compressor)makes cut off when optimum temperature is reached and switch on the compressor when the required temperature is needed

Q:It is saying that ac will be cooling evenif at 60 degree temperature.but my room is not cooling if there is little bit high humidity outside.room size is 180 sqft .ac is 2 ton
A:Yes it happened with me as well once. On checking I found the filters were jammed with dust. After cleaning the dust again cooling was fine like before.
