Please check whether the demo technician is qualified and has detailed information knowledge of the respective product.
In my case the technician didn't remove the transit bolts from the machine and it had a lot of vibration which put me in Panic.
After reading the manual I removed the bolts myself and took a trail run of machine that resulted in smooth operation.

Beautiful clean design.
No/Very less noise. Only makes noise while motor starts to drian water. No spin noise.
Cleans very well, I use Henko Matic front Load detergent.
Built-in heater.
Spin dry is very good.
Built quality is good.
Too many pre-programmed wash settings.
Cons:
It's do not clean the ruber gasket, as it said.
No proper user manual, a Generic manual is provided.
Motorola logo is odd black colour, do not match with rest of the prints on ...

I was a bit skeptical while ordering this instead of Bosch or LG, but trust me, the build quality and the features are really good in this one as compared to the aforementioned brands.

Silent machine and works perfectly.
No defects at all.
Energy efficient
Connects to wifi very easily from my wifi router.
it takes very less water.
I personally recommend you to use liquid detergent, it's very effective in this washing machine.
Surf will be rinsed at the end of the cycle, not mixed well.
Also Use comfort liquid for the better smell in the clothes in the softner compartment of Washing machine.
Overall good experience, must buy 👍
