Mr. Light provides a one-year warranty for the Electric Kettle (referred to as 'the product'), ensuring it is free from defects in workmanship or materials from the date of purchase by the original consumer. This warranty covers only those defects that occur during normal use, as determined by our engineers. However, the warranty does not cover issues arising from improper use or poor maintenance, unauthorized repairs or modifications by individuals other than Mr. Light technicians, or damage caused by misuse, negligence, accidents, insects, pests, or natural disasters. Additionally, it excludes damage resulting from use outside the recommended environmental conditions, dropping the product, improper operation, storage, or external influences such as lightning, fire, or water. The warranty is also void if the product is used with non-original accessories not approved by Mr. Light or if the model or serial number of the product or the warranty card has been altered in any way.
