Comes with windows 10 operating system along with norton antivirus 1 year subscription preinstalled.
Office 364 is pre installed with 1 month free option but post one one month one need to purchase and one has to provide the credit card no.
Alternately one may use his Microsoft login information to keep using office online but files would be stored in Microsoft's cloud namely onedrive and not in the laptop's hard disk.
