Terrific
Choco Delight has a better taste, I think. Choco Delight also has lower calorie count (230 in Choco Delight vs 256 in Almond Fudge). Apart from that one issue, these are perfectly adequate meal replacements.

Over the years i have tasted many protein bars and hated many of them as some of them tasted like saw-dust and thick glue in the mouth....
Fortunately love this one and they are delicious and contain soy,whey and milk protein and nature identical flavoring substances and They keep me full for 2 hours tops .
