taste is good but, this not best way to gain weight, they're recommends 2 scoop per day,total no. of serving 6, that means ever time you're spending 130 rupees per serving, better you spend 130 rupees to natural sources, like egg chicken paneer peanut dates milk, to achieve the calorie , this gainer gives 660 calorie per serving better you go with natural sources

For first timer like me, do not start taking 2 scoops from first day. start with 1 scoop and then increase intake amount.
