I am taking 2capsule before lunch, and 2 capsule at evening 6pm. I am taking dinner @7, It's only couple of days I have started taking, Result will take time. My weight is now 98, but now I feel little less. It is very effective but u need to take protein( protein content in foods) with it else you will become too weak. U will loose weight when your in diet with few hours of workout. If your just taking tablet alone without workout your bp (blood pressure) will be high.

A:Day 1= 1 Capsule. Day 2 and 3= 2 Capsules. Day 4 and beyond= 4 capsules. Take it before your meal and do not snack between meals. Take before 5 hours to bed time. Do not exceed 4 capsules in a 24 hrs.
