I would like to adress a few myths about creatine.
1. No need to go through loading phase as muscle will be get saturated just as much in 20 days of 5g use.
2. Your body has about 5kg of muscle rest is bone and organs and fats. So 5g of creatine per daybis enough. Excess creatine is flushed out through urine.
3. Creatine has no relationship with dht as it is not a form of testosterone. Hence it does not cause hairloss.

You really wanna know what it does? Before using it, I used to warmup 15kgs plates for 20 reps. After using it, I use to warmup with 20kgs plates for 25-28 reps. That's what it does to me. Insane strength.
