A:Look at the 3rd pic for the components of this product. It does have BCAA's in the recovery component. Supplements are meant to be "top ups" to a healthy balanced diet, not a main source of nutrients.

Q:i am a beginner and bit confused in buying whey protein. So i read the descriptions it was 40g per scoop what if i will comsume 20g after workout and 20gm before bed ? please reply.
A:hello sir. please do not divide the quantity. you should take it within 10 min approx after work out. taking it before going to bed is not recommended as it does not affect. i am taking it regularly.
