A:Yes, the price of the product includes the screws/fittings. I am not sure about whether it fits for 28 inch panasonic or not. I bought it for 42 inch Onida LED TV, for that it fits perfectly.

If you want to hang your tv infront of wall ( normal wall), its arms are very long.

Value-for-money and firm
Good product. It is strong enough to hold my Sony Bravia TV in a firm position. However, the nut that anchor the TV with the stand could have been better. I have a doubt how this will avoid long time ware and tear. Besides, I am also worried how this can be moved out of the wall later on as I have a transferable job.
However, this is really vfm product and you may go for this!
