Useless product
Reviewing after around 2 months. I think my unit has defect or something because it's just got harden and pretty much very firm that my head along with neck always feels raised and doesn't feel like I'm resting on a pillow at all and I wake up at the midnight just take the pillow away so that I can sleep normally. Initially i really liked the product but within few days I left away with head and neck pains only.

Q:I bought 5.5 inch version and I'm not able to pull out the outer cover. The zipper starts after 20% length on each side making it impossible to pull out the pillow out of outer cover. What should I do
