The reader will find a guide and a mentor in this book. The author guesses that it will take a decade at least to be comfortable with the subject – only if one starts practicing now. Snippets will help the reader sell Organisational Resilience internally, some long chapters reflect live cases – the author's own experiences. The author invites the reader to walk with him on this journey of 'learning and sharing forever'.
