About Vikas Khanna

Vikas Khanna is an award-winning Michelin Star chef, restaurateur and filmmaker. He studied at the esteemed Welcomgroup Graduate School of Hotel Administration, Cornell University, the Culinary Institute of America, New York University and the prestigious Le Cordon Bleu, Paris. He is one of New York's popular chefs and was honoured with the Rising Stars Chef Award by Star Chefs in the year 2011. Vikas started the well-known documentary film series, Holy Kitchens. He was a judge on the second season of MasterChef India. He is featured on television frequently. Vikas has also authored The Spice Story of India, Modern Indian Cooking and Flavors First.
