The story is about a family, a son and his mother. The mother goes through a lot of hardships in her lifetime to giver her son the life that he deserves which imprints a sense of indebtedness on her son's subconscious.When everything seems stable, a meteor of bad luck hits the family.The mother is diagnosed with a terminal illness which creates a tornado of grief in her son. This clashes with the indebtedness he thinks he has towards his mother which creates a state of mind in her son which no one can rival. He becomes a mix of crusader, a devil, a savior and a son which he is not shy to exhibit any of the role.Son's psychology is one that is unstable on every turf,one which even his mother cannot understand hence she pushes him away but son never backs down in the hope that one day he will have his mother back.This interplay of emotions and psychological collision is the heart of the novel. This story challenges the traditional relationship between a mother and a son. It presents contradicting and contrasting thoughts and emotions of both, the mother and her son and how the situation then churns out. Some may not agree with the perspectives I have placed in this story but it will provoke everyone's thinking about what's right, what's wrong and what should have been done if one was in the hero's shoes. No son, no child can love his mother the way she does, it's just not possible.This fact has been challenged in his novel head over heels.
