Lean seafood has fewer calories than the fatty fishes and had a lots of protein. Sole fishes (Manthal, Nangu) have fewer than 120 calories in a 3-ounce serving and give you plenty of protein. We dried the fish in an In-house electrical dryer system using heat pump technology. During this process fishes never lose their nutritious contents, which are sensitive to sunlight (traditional method of sun drying). With our new technology of fish drying, the taste and nutritious values are much better than normal sun-dried fish. We dried the sole fish without skin. My Village dried sole fishes are 100% Natural and free from preservatives and additives. We source fresh marine water sole fishes from Kerala coastal regions (Quilon Fishing harbor). We dried the fish in a very hygienic and healthy way.
