Protein wise, it's amazing. Solubility wise very poor. Don't ever think that it is like whey protein, when you mix it with water or milk it is so thick like when you mix aata(wheat powder) with water or milk. So I am giving average rating to this product. If anyone ever used whey protein he will not prefer this. Very bad solubility. Manufacturer must do something on this matter.

The chocolate flavour of this soyprotein smell like ditto chocolate whey 😁. The chocolate flavour is far better than raw flavour soyprotein. If you use it 3day you are familiar with its test.

Its good.... But very hard to intake... Assume u intaking raw oats . Thats how u feel... Not mix well.. Its good for who really want protein... But.. Mixing is very poor.. Really bushit poor.. I prefer u to.. Buy any other form of whey protein
