Protein is good. You need a protein shaker to mix it as it is not easily soluble. And you can add some whey or honey or maybe something else to add flavour.
I take 1 scoop of whey and 1 of soy protein and also add some honey for sweetness. This way it is working really good.

Guys with the thinking of taste doesn't matter believe me it does when you're having plant based protein ofcourse there difference between cheap and cost effective and this undergoes cost effective side.But after consuming it for a week I am habituated with the taste of it.
