The product is not wearable for long time. It's only when you wear it for half and hour a day or 2 will be ok. Not recommended to go outside wearing it. For indoor activities it's good. But for outdoor activities I will not recommend

After few the spring tend to pop out along with the plastic beads. I don't suggest it for long term use instead just to get habit of wearing accupressure slippers it's fine. Along with healthy food intake and with disciplined life you will see the difference not just after wearing the slippers. It takes time also for your body to understand the changes, adapt and react to it. For long term wood one would work.
