    • 1. Wash your hands carefully 2. Boil bottle, bowl and spoon 3. Boil drinking water and allow to cool 4. Consult feeding table, pour exact amount of previously boiled water into bottle. Please look for ml markings on bottle 5. Consult feeding table and add exact number of leveled scoops for age of baby. Shake bottle well to dissolve powder 6. Feed baby with bowl and spoon. Discard leftover feed

    This is the first stage food for your baby and can be used until your baby is 6 months old or as advised by your paediatrician. Take 1-2 scoops. Put it in a glass. Mix it with hot water. Make it like warm and then you can feed the baby. You can use it multiple times in a day.
