Good quality & zoom as mentioned in the spec .Though it seemed a bit heavy .
Actually I expected more zoom so decided to return the product.

A:Not 1x to 22x. 1x is the normal vision. They have given a slider button to adjust the zoom and you can adjust zoom from 10x to 22x.

A:There is nothing like max visible distance, you can see as far as horizon. Magnification is useful until 4 - 5 kms, however do note that for best experience, a tripod is needed.

A:These Binoculars are excellent for spotting birds and were a wise investment before my Corbett trip. We spotted at least 45 birds with this. It is heavier than the smaller varieties.

A:Yes. Good to see wide portion of sky with it and stars cluster like hyades, pleades beehive, many constellation and Jupiter with four moons also can be observed. Go for original Nikon aculon 7x50.

Q:Is the zoom fixed or variable?
A:It has fixed magnification but you have to set the central and right eye zoom wheel to see the object clear according to the distance. You can see objects 12 times larger or closer.

Q:Can I watch stars too with this binocular?
A:Yes stars will appear as stars only.they won't show any details. If you increase power , your hand vibration will increase too and prompt you to use a tripod. you can buy telescope better stargazing
