A:I returned this product as there was nowhere NIRLON mentioned on the bottle, it was simple plain and One bottle has a hole in it. Quality was not upto the mark as it was local and cheap quality steel.

A:It is a normal steel bottle. it doesn't keep water cool or hot. New bottle makes very bad odor that doesn't go for long time.

A:Luke warm and slightly hot no issue. Also, avoid keeping the bottle in ice chamber. Excessive hot or cold can damage the bottle.
