I am strictly following the manual and getting excellent results of grilling.We had tried vegetables,Paneer Tikka,Chicken Tikka and those were awesome as far as taste is concerned.It is very fast in cooking and easy to handle.

-you don't have to worry about whether the slices will fit in.
-Make two sandwiches at a time.
-Takes 30-40 seconds to grill, after which it automatically shuts off.
-Non stick. and handy.
-It doesn't work if remains open.
