CSV 33 MF is Multi-cut Forage Sorghum grass. Can be used both GREEN & DRY fodder. It is advanced from Co (FS) 29 Crop. Tall (7-11 feet), thin stem, leafy and capable for multiple harvests (cuts) up to 3 years. Fast growing & high tillering. Harvest: first cut (60-65 days), subsequent cuts (every 30-45 days). Seeds required: 6 Kgs/acre. Good fodder to COW, BUFALLO, GOAT, SHEEP and supplementary fodder to RABBIT, POULTRY. It is very good grass recommended for milking animals like Cow, buffalo, goat, sheep ,etc as it contains high proteins and fibres that are easy to digest for cattle This variety has more number of leaves and the stem are succulent hence cattle can have more fodder as leaves.
