I used to feel sleepy every afternoon after lunch . But now since I take one pill of this caffeine in the morning 6 or 7 am ... I don't feel sleepy in the afternoon. So that means this suppliment is genuine . So surely it will also help in workouts and increasing metabolism.

The product is just like its name: potent. I take it only on days when I need to perform better so as to not get addicted to caffeine and to not have my body get accustomed to it.
