Product came in a squashed box (2nd squashed delivery this week by Flipkart). In addition, the open box delivery as usual was extremely unpleasant. The recipe book was missing as well.
Apart from that, the build quality seems to be okay. Utility wise, I already have a larger blender but bought this only for making smoothies as the larger one is wasteful and takes longer to wash.I really hope this is value for money as it seems delicate in that it cannot be run for more than a minute and ther...

Good
The rubber suction legs of the base are not working and the motor base doesn't stay steady while operation because of which pulse grinding is not functional. Apart from this, everything is fine. The motor is very powerful and does pretty good job
